Sapa Central House

Common area was comfortable and the personnel was nice. Breakfast had several options and was good.

I paid for the first night upon arrival, but I wasn't provided a receipt. At checkout, a different staff member insisted I hadn't paid and asked for payment again, even after I asked them to contact the colleague who checked me in. With my bus waiting, I had no choice but to pay again and leave before we could resolve it. If you choose to pay at check-in, I strongly advise insisting on a receipt, though paying at checkout is probably safer. After I posted my review on Booking.com, a representative from Sapa Central House reached out to me. They let me know that after checking their records and security footage, they confirmed I had indeed paid during check-in. They then asked for my details so they could refund the extra amount. I really appreciate their prompt effort to resolve this, it shows how much they value their guests and their reputation.

Such lovely staff, great location, very clean and really nice rooms. They offer laundry and motorbike rental services too

As the room had no windows to outside it did feel quite humid/damp but not a big deal for a short stay, definitely recommend

Linh at the front desk gave us great recommendations for our day trip. Highly recommend!
