Ruskin Hotel

The staff were very friendly, excellent location and very clean and comfortable room.

We felt the room size really did not equate to the price we paid. Unfortunately at breakfast there was a large group of extremely noisy guests continually screaming laughing and shouting amongst themselves sat just behind us which completely spoiled our breakfast. Although we are aware this is no fault of the hotel, when a staff member noticed our discomfort a comment was made to ourselves that it "wasn't ideal" they then went over and joined in with the conversation which caused the volume to then increase. No attempt was made to ask them to perhaps politely quieten down a little. I'm not a kill joy and it's great to see people chatting and regaling stories from the previous day but the volume and frequency was unbearable. We couldn't wait to finish and leave.

The rooms were lovely clean etc the staff were very nice and so helpful and couldn't do enough for you the breakfast was amazing in my opinion it should be rated 4star i will definitely be staying there again 😘👍

I liked everything

Everything was good. Parking at the hotel was very good, the room was really nice and the food and service was excellent. We didn’t need to leave the hotel in the evening as there was first class entertainment every night.

Everything was good.
