Large house, fully equipped in centre of Oetz. Good communication with the host. Great views from upstairs balcony. Comfortable for 4 adult & 3 children. We enjoyed our stay.
Low doorways (6ft3 husband struggled a bit)
Windows open fully (concern with young kids)
Church bells ringing at 6am each morning (we needed windows open due to the hot weather)

Es war alles top.

Good location. Well equipped apartment. Great view from the balcony.
Tall narrow steps not suited for families with children or knee problems.
House could use a make over.

"Excellent location. Close to shops; restaurants and the gondola. Lots of character to the property. Plenty of space and cosy feel to the property."
