Es war einfach alles nach unseren Erwartungen. Gute Lage, bequeme Betten, gutes Frühstück. Auch der Service Empfang war sehr freundlich, geduldig und Lösungsorientiert. Danke!

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, kostenlose Tiefgarage, gute Betten. 10 min. per Pedes bis zum See.
Das Buchungssystem ist auf mobile Geräte ausgelegt, was ja nicht schlecht ist. Gleichwohl sind diese Dienste auf meinem Firmenhandy und Laptop nicht verfügbar gewesen. Unzählige Mails (Buchungsbestätigung, Vorab-Check-In, Ihr Zimmer ist bereit, Ihr Schlüssel liegt bereit.....in Summe 6-8 Mails). Frühstück war sehr überschaubar.

Good price, clean and comfortable, free underground parking and inclusive breakfast.
Check-in machine wasn’t working properly. We tried 3 different cards until finally a 4th card worked. Our other cards were working with no problems before and also after we stayed at the hotel so clearly there is a problem with the machine which delayed our check-in and made the process quite frustrating.

Rooms were super comfy and the check in procedure is quite smooth. We loved the breakfast and the view of mountains from window :)

Many thanks to the receptionist, we were checking in on Sunday which the self-service hotel staff was supposed on weekend holiday, but he still come specially for assitance us to check in.
Super nice guy, really appreciate him!

Easy to check-in and out, all fully automated.
Although I had the simplest room, it was quite large, also the bathroom. Bed was comfy enough.
When my laptop charger didn't fit the socket, they brought me a solution within minutes.
Mandatory check-out at 10am. Should've read the small-print. I'm a night owl and a late riser, I expect 12pm check-outs as a norm, not a luxury. That will prevent me from coming back, actually, which is a pity because everything else was great.

The breakfast was simple but fine for me.
This is a staff-free hotel. You meet nobody on check-in or check-out. Somebody lays out the breakfast and somebody cleans the rooms, but that is the deal. I needed a place to sleep for the night, so this served my purposes well.

THe location is convenient and the self check in is easy and good. There was a friendly gentleman who helped me to open the garage door ( i think he works for the hotel)
1) The noise: It was a hot day, there was no air con (not even a fan) and opening the windows at night was impossible as the traffic from the highway was so noisy.
2) Dirty toilet seat (hair on the seat, yuck) and there were many small flies in the shower and near the bed...(yuck again)
