We wanted somewhere reasonably priced and local. the Sun Inn was ideal. As a base for exploring it was the right choice. We were warned before hand about any noise but we were not disturbed and staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Good location for starting the Cumbria Way.
The room was in a passable state but it was far from nice. Then again, the condition is fair for the price.
