Modern clean rooms. Good breakfast. Breakfast staff are very friendly. Great location for two good restaurants nearby and to make a base for the Lake District.
Overall, this is a great value for money hotel.
Zero welcome at reception. Staff never smiled, looked tired or uninterested.
The water pressure in the shower was pathetic.

The hotel was clean but the downstairs toilet had an overpowering smell of drain issue
The smell from the toiket area should have been dealt with
