The apartment was located right in the fortress at Monemvasia. The host met us and explained all about the fortress and the apartment. He was an excellent host and equipped the place with everything needed for a comfortable stay. George, the owner had wonderful communication with us during all aspects of the stay. The views from the terrace are spectacular. There are steep stairways to access areas of the apartment so keep this in mind if you have mobility issues.

We absolutely loved staying at this property. Right in the heart of everything. George our host was so lovely and welcoming. We could not have asked for a better experience. You absolutely won’t be disappointed booking this place. It’s truly wonderful!

It has an old world feel. The outdoor veranda has a lovely view of the sea.
The bathroom is on first floor but shower is upstairs. If you’re young it’s not a problem.

George, the host, is great. Friendly, open and easy to connect with. The little apartment is super cosy and nicely equipped. The balcony is amazing. Overall excellent.
The iron bedstead with springs is quite bouncy which can disrupt sleep if you are sensitive to this. You will know if you usually find that problematic. Otherwise nothing of concern.
