Location was perfect. 1km easy flat walk to the train station.
Good restaurants, shops and grocery stores very close.
Nice places to walk
Safe and clean location.
Room was a great size
Self check in was great and keyless room (pin use) was great not to have to carry card.
Room and building were very secure
Room seemed to be missing furniture compared to picture.
Room did not appear to be like picture when booking.
This was very minor and no real issue.

Location in the old town, with plenty of nice coffee shops and restaurants around. Also the age of the building - staying in a boutique type environment and not a hotel chain.
The air-conditioner in the room was small and struggled to cool the room sufficiently.

Great location, very clean. Airconditioning worked very well. Nice staff. Spacious.
Not great with a baby. We still needed to go up stairs and we’re not made aware of that. We needed to pay extra for a cot which was not set up correctly. The couch was uncomfortable. The shower door was broken. In the evening there was a lot of noise from outside. But the curtains in the bedroom were horrible. It could not get dark. They stuck some paper on a window with tape. Definitely not the right value for Indy. Don’t go here with a baby.
