Reasonable double room size. Bed comfortable. Small TV. Bathroom with shower was okay.
Bathroom needs some TLC. Shower was looking shabby.

Rob was super helpful in letting us see the room before we booked as we had issues with a previous hotel booking, the room being dirty. Rob got the room ready in half an hour for us and we had a lovely spacious room with bay window including a sea view. Very reasonable prices. Nice and quiet. Pretty comfortable. Kettle, tea and coffee and fridge included.
We made do with the limited plug sockets. Could maybe have done with a lamp for the evenings?

The staff were very polite asked for parking permit and will pay later and the staff trusted us with permit and when I went outside parking warden came and and stated i can't park and I stated I have permit and later got £10 for parking very nice staff
The duvet was super warm and I started swaeting and hard for me to go asleep although I left windows opened all night.

Amazing location, friendly host, comfortable bed
Very tired, not very clean, shower very intermittent with hot and cold water & slow trickle, needs a refurb and face lift.
