All great at this property. Host amazing and I particularly appreciated the fact that fridge and kitchen was ready to go to cook so no need to buy salt or oil. Will be back for sure

My son and I enjoyed this property as a place to stay while visiting my younger son, a student at CU. We loved having a place to hang out and having an easy walk to good shops and breakfast places on Pearl. It was also great having a parking spot assigned for our use. The ladder to the loft is not for the faint hearted, but my son was a sport and said the bed was super comfy (as was mine)!

Cozy place to stay. Loved the loft area. Lots of amenities in the kitchen and plenty of towels in the bathroom. Everything was clean. Pleasure to stay here. Highly recommend

It doesn’t get better than this. AMAZING location and local host with lots of good information about restaurants/community and the most comfortable bed ever. This is the perfect place to stay by yourself or with a partner when visiting Boulder. Also, it is well stocked with towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies, coffee and even a bottle of wine and chocolates.
We felt like we were staying with somebody we knew who was spoiling us. We will be back!!

We extended our stay in Colorado with our two night stay in Boulder. The house was close to the Campus as well as the shopping and restaurants on Pearl Street. One off street parking spot was included. We toured the Colorado University Campus and walked up and down Pearl Street and took in the sights. The house had everything we needed. There was what my wife called the CVS drawer in the bathroom with anything you might have left at home. New toothbrushes, mouthwash, fingernail clippers etc. The towels and bed linens were plush. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Boulder.

Lovely unit, great location, equipped like a guest house. However, bedroom is upstairs and bath down so it's not so desirable for safety reasons for seniors. Otherwise, outstanding...

I loved being able to walk to Pearl Street. The home is small but perfect for 2 guests. Amenities were spot on and the porch with the creek for morning coffee was the best way to start my morning. I would definitely stay again.

The apartment was perfect for us when we moved our son into CU. We could walk to Pearl Street for dinner and campus to explore. Great hiking was just a short drive plus electric bikes were just one block away.

Nice, compact and well furnished. Quiet corner location overlooking an intermittent creek. Kitchen is built for one cook at a time and is both well equipped and nicely stocked with staples, seasonings and condiments. Easy walk to many in town attractions and a short drive to others.

An adorable condo one block from Pearl Street but far enough away from the crowds so it’s peaceful. The property owners were friendly and accommodating. Elderly travelers might have trouble with the steep stairs to the upstairs bedroom.

We stayed here (2 parents and an 11 year old son). It is small and cozy, but its adorable, clean, updated, and lovely! The location near Pearl street is fantastic! The location next to the creek is ideal and we enjoyed mornings outside on the porch. This is a wonderful place to stay!

Such a beautiful townhouse just steps away from all the action on Pearl Street and all that Boulder has to offer. The hosts have generously stocked the home with all you may need and even more - tea selection, spices, oil, etc that you may need if you cook. Generous and luxurious towels and bed linens. Much as we liked the home; we spend most of our time outside of it. We visited Pearl Street several times, nearby sights and hikes and used it as a base for a bigger tour of the area (Pikes Peak 1.5 hours; Red Rocks 40 mins; Rocky Mountain National Park - took a tour that left from Boulder; a concert downtown 30 mins). The house and the hosts were great.

Immaculate and cozy property in a perfect location in Boulder. Very easy walk to Pearl Street, convenient to other areas as well and having a parking space was fantastic. The owner has thought of every detail to make your stay delightful and worry free. There were so many personal touches that made our stay so wonderful. There was coffee in the pantry along with creamer, condiments and spices all provided. We will defintely try to stay here again! Thank you!

We had a great stay in Boulder. This property was amazing. Well-outfitted so you could stay in and cook/relax (enjoy the wonderful bottle of wine and chocolate gifted by the hosts). Walk-able to grocery stores and shopping. Easy to get to downtown restaurants and breweries. Convenient to the university (without feeling like you were around partying students). And most importantly to us, we could walk through downtown to do short hikes in the foothills. The space is very comfortable, we had consistent wifi, and were able to do laundry. It's a great place for a couple or even a couple with others (loft) to enjoy Boulder.

I needed a place in the middle of things. This place fit the bill. I was walking distance to all the things on pearl street and I was close to my work office. The place was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for a great stay. I have already recommended it to people that I work with if they need a spot to stay while in boulder.

My daughter and I were visiting Boulder for a college tour. This property was perfect for us. We could walk to Pearl St and also had easy access to heading to the mountains as we skied at Eldora one day.
The condo is clean, well appointed and had extra added touches like chocolate and a bottle of wine when we arrived plus coffee and tea already provided.
The owners are easy to work with. We would stay here again!

This condo is in a great, quiet location w off street parking. The owners have paid a lot of attention to detail: well stocked kitchen, fluffy towels and Bosch appliances, which we really appreciated. The place could use a professional, deep-clean (rugs, upholstery, etc) as it does appear to have been well-used. My guess is that the owners are responsive, given all the attention they have given to making our stay pleasant.

Our family of three thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Albin’s condo! Interior is well stocked and appointed and just as depicted. It was comfortable for us and our teenage son. Exterior is even more attractive than photos because it was recently repainted white with black trim. It is peaceful and private yet so close to the Pearl Street action that we didn’t use the car the whole time we were there. The fish in the stream out front, rabbits hopping around in the morning, and the wild strawberries growing on the lawn were just an extra treat, adding to the experience. We would absolutely choose to stay again if renting in Boulder.

Was a perfect spot for my husband and my 18 y.o. son to stay for a couple nights before dropping him off at school. Comfortable beds, great kitchen with everything we needed, nice living area, and we enjoyed sitting outside on the deck along the creek. A very pleasant, convenient and quiet location! Loved being able to walk a few blocks to a coffee shop and a few more to restaurants on Pearl St.

Absolutely lovely, centrally located but remarkably quiet and peaceful. Thoughtfully stocked with soaps, detergents, staples — even both wine AND half-and-half! We enjoyed eating breakfast on the porch while watching the neighborhood raccoon washed its own food in the brook a few yards away.

We stayed at this great little condo while we moved our son into his housing for his sophomore year. The location is great, just off of Pearl Street and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Off-street parking is really helpful too!.The host was great, really communicative and she was able to accommodate our early check in request since we arrived on a red eye. She also includes nice touches that make you feel welcome. Highly recommend! We will stay here again!

We loved our stay at Creekside! So many shops, restaurants and coffee houses within walking distance of the condo. Lovely and responsive owners who have stocked the house with everything necessary for your stay.

The property was very clean and conveniently located. While we were there, it happened to be 100 degrees during the day. The window air conditioning unit next to the bed on the second floor worked fine. We'd consider staying again.
