As we made use of this facility at various occasions in the past and knew the layout of most of the units, we did expect to be accommodated in one om the same. As we arrived, we were disappointed as we were booked in a single room with a bed ,bathroom and no kitchen faculty. It is ok for a one night's stay but for 5 days no . One did feel boxed in and were disappointed as we were not informed of the situation when we made the booking.
The fact we were booked in a single room for 5 days.
