Flowers House Hoi An

The accommodation has a beautiful setting, we stayed in a room on the second floor with a balcony and a view to the river. The room is comfortable with lovely wooden furniture. AC and a fan provide for an incredibly comfortable stay. But the best thing of all was the lovely hospitality from Sarah and Flowers herself (the owner), their English is great and they looked after us with such care, provided many options for activities to do within the day, liaised and organised taxis/ trips/ and anything we would request. We only ate one meal at the restaurant on site - it was affordable and very tasty, and as a vegetarian (who many times in Vietnam have accidentally ordered meat) it was lovely to have a full vegetarian traditional Vietnamese hoi an menu to choose from. A wonderful stay - we would highly recommend!

The place is tranquil, beautiful staff, amazing food, very very clean, looks same as photos, it’s very relaxing, the pool is a spectacular addition and this is my favourite place yet in Vietnam, just paradise

We stayed at The Calm House in Hoi An for four weeks, and by the time we left, it truly felt like we were saying goodbye to a second home. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and always beautifully clean, with the most peaceful view over the river. We loved looking outside and watching the fishing boats pass by and the water buffalo in the distance. It was such a special way to experience a quieter, more authentic side of Hoi An. The location was perfect for us. It is away from the busy crowds and tourist areas, so you can really relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, while still having easy access to everything Hoi An has to offer. But what made our stay truly unforgettable was Flower, the manager, and her wonderful staff. From the beginning, they welcomed us with so much warmth and kindness that we quickly felt like part of their family. Flower helped us with all of our bookings, answered our questions, and was always there whenever we needed anything. After four weeks, it didn't feel like we were simply leaving a hotel — it felt like we were leaving people we had genuinely grown close to. We were truly sad to say goodbye. We have such wonderful memories of our time at The Calm House and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An. Especially if you are planning a longer stay, this is a wonderful place to slow down, feel at home, and experience a different side of Hoi An. Receptionist sempre con il sorriso, ci hanno riservato un'accoglienza super. Posizione molto tranquilla lontana dal caos, a 15/20 minuti dal centro.

Nonostante le potenzialità della struttura, ho riscontrato poca cura nella pulizia generale e delle camere. Sopra i fornelli che usavano per cucinare la colazione, ho trovato topi; gli asciugamani forniti per doccia erano sporchi; la doccia era rotta. Le foto su booking non rispecchiano assolutamente la realtà.
