The situation was ideal close to the Windsor castle and the Long Walk, Legoland
The staff and hosts were very welcoming
There was parking for my little car!
It was perfect for my two night stay. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

The room #1 I stayed was spacious, spotlessly clean and had all that I would need for my stay. Looks like the room has just been renovated. It was good that I was able to reserve a secured parking space adjacent to the building. I enjoyed the excellent English breakfast. The staff was very friendly so I could feel at home.
I have no complaint at all. It would be perfect if they could also accept cashless payment as I usually don't carry cash for my regular short visit in the UK - but surely this is not a thing affecting total satisfaction of my stay. Remember that Windsor is located on air approach lanes to & from Heathrow where you hear jet noise regulalry. Personally it was not a problem but you might want to know it before booking this place if you are sensitive about such noises (however all hotels in Windsor should have the same problem more or less I think).

Very welcoming.
The silk bed linen and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. Also had no option of time for breakfast, had to have it at 08.30.

We had a very pleasant 2 night stay at The Rutland, staff were very pleasant and most helpful, cooked breakfast was served with a smile and an excellent choice.
As far as we were concerned there was nothing to dislike.

Spotless, attention to detail with beautiful decor. Lovely breakfast and personal service. Location is perfect for visiting Windsor Castle. Parking was secure as well.

The whole experience was exceptional. Superb location, a home from home, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast room and breakfast excellent. All staff were very friendly and helpful, couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely visit again and recommend to friends and family.

We liked everything about Rutland from checking in to checking out - we stayed for 2 nights. The room was spotless with the fluffiest towels ever 😀 The China cup and saucer with the tea making facility was a lovely touch. Breakfast was a 10 + and I doubt you’d get better at a London 5 star hotel / we will be recommending it for sure 🤔

Plenty of choice for breakfast, liked the yoghurt and fruit at the start of breakfast, very good service too. Perfect location, nice and quiet but within walking distance in to Windsor. Liked the off road parking. The room was a good size with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space too.
For us there wasn’t anything we disliked.

Very clean and the room had a fridge, which you do not always get in a B&B. Lovely breakfast, with plenty of choice. Close enough to walk to the shops and Windsor Castle, but still in a quieter area.

A very traditional Victoria bed and breakfast experience. The hosts were very friendly and made us very welcome. Great parking option on site. Would stay again

Very friendly hosts, beautiful B&B, immaculate inside & out, room was lovely & large, could put luggage away in separate cupboard.
All the facilities we needed were there, they've thought of everything!! we found it very charming.
Breakfast was very filling, presentation was lovely.
Would definitely stay there again, one of the best we've stayed in, pity it wasn't for longer! Proximity to everything was only 10mins walk to centre.

Every where was spotlessly clean and tidy
Aircraft noise (Heathrow flight path) but thats not the guest house problem.

The aeroplanes going over low every few minutes. This of course is no reflection on The Rutlands as it is like this in Windsor all over. The planes stopped at night so did not disturb our sleep. I would have no hesitation in staying here again

Perfect location to see the sights of Windsor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. Choices of cereal, toast and a big fry-up.
I can't think of anything that I disliked about my stay. I thoroughly recommend it and would definitely stay again.

We were beautifully welcomed. It truly felt like a family home, exceptional clean. Nostalgically and wonderfully decorated with wonderful little touch features. Lovely real China cups in our room with a fridge to make a lovely cup of tea was refreshing.
Breakfast was set out beautifully with lovely China and was very tasty and felt like it was all made with attention to detail. Having classical music playing in the background made our overnight stay feel like a 4 night break- we felt that relaxed :) will definitely be back x

Wonderful welcome from the hosts. The Guest House was immaculate throughout and the breakfast was delicious. We couldn't have asked for anything more and would definitely recommend to anyone.
