The hotel us currently having a big refurbishment. Restaurant barred back and smaller choice. Found space in the car park but kept getting blocked in. However staff were good in getting the vans moved.
Comfortable room.
No lift to the higher floors.

I booked this hotel for a birthday stay in Windsor and it was perfect. The location of the hotel means everything you’ll want to see is within easy walking distance. The hotel was easy to reach via car and had plenty of parking spaces; parking is charged. The staff at the hotel were also lovely. Overall if you’re considering booking this hotel for a stay in Windsor I’d give it a 5 out of 5.

Great location in the centre of Windsor, a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Had a lovely 2 night stay. The hotel’s location is perfect for the castle and the changing of the guard. Also walkable over the river to Eton college. Lovely helpful staff and we had a great meal in the restaurant
