I requested a room for non smokers however in afternoon smell is really annoying. They clean my room but you could see some dirty in the floor. Too expensive for the price.

position near World trade center. Also One Central is a nice area. Breakfast is above average for a 3 star hotel It's clean

reception: took half hour to check in and half hour to check out.... Restaurant: expensive buffet for dinner with sub par quality and selection of food No Bar extremely expensive for the value (But it was trade show time) wi-fi doesn't work properly in the restaurant area

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and the location was great for the Gulffoods trade show that we attended.

There was no milk in the rooms to enjoy the tea provided in the rooms and also no coffee provided in the rooms. The fridge light did not switch off when the door was closed, which was a bit disturbing at night when wanting to sleep.

I had a bad experience on the first day of Ramadan, when I was out all day and got back to the room late to find that there is no bottle of water added by the room service as usual. It took them like 30 mins to bring me one and the fajr time was very close and I had to stay up late to drink water before fasting. The room telephone was not working so each time I need something I have to go down to the reception to ask for it.

We were impressed by the wide variety of options available, which exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, especially for attending an exhibition at WTC. The fact that it was within walking distance made our daily commute hassle-free. It allowed us to save time and energy, which greatly enhanced our overall experience.
