Rove Trade Centre

Really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I especially want to thank Shola. She was lovely, welcoming and always happy to help. She really made us feel looked after and made our stay even better she went above and beyond not just with myself but all the guests I noticed . and not forgetting it also has washing facility and luggage weighing machine which is a big bonus all the essentials one needs this hotel had highly recommend Rove

Very comfortable and clean and great value for money

I have been coming to Rove Trade Centre almost every weekend since March, driving from Abu Dhabi and usually staying for one or two nights. It has become my regular place in Dubai because it is affordable, practical, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable for someone like me who often needs to work during my stay. The working spaces are excellent. I particularly appreciate the private pods where I can have calls and online meetings in peace, as well as the large comfortable sofas where I can work, read, have coffee, or simply relax. The cleanliness deserves special mention. Every area, including the little corners that are often overlooked, is consistently spotless. I have stayed in many hotels, including five-star properties, and Rove Trade Centre genuinely stands out for how clean and well maintained it is. The rooms I normally choose are compact, but they provide exactly what I need: a comfortable bed, a good shower, and a clean, pleasant space. I also appreciate the environmentally conscious touches, including dental kits and amenities made from more eco-friendly materials. I return because of the people. Sam, Alyssa, Raj, BJ, Karen and Miller have been consistently warm, helpful and professional. Because I stay so frequently, they remember me and even remember my usual requests when I check in. That level of attention tells me that the team is very well trained and genuinely mindful of their guests. Even when the hotel is extremely busy, I have never seen them lose their warmth or composure. I have stayed at other Rove properties in Dubai and like the brand very much, but the team at Rove Trade Centre is phenomenal.

After staying here almost every weekend for several months, I honestly cannot think of anything significant that I dislike. The rooms I usually choose are relatively compact, but I know this when booking and they suit my needs perfectly. For me, the practicality, cleanliness, working spaces, value for money, and wonderful staff far outweigh the room size. There are other room choices with bigger spaces when you need one.

Friendly staff

1. Cannot order breakfast with room service!!!!! Highly annoying!!! 2. Got to pay for everything with cash or credit card. Cannot charge to room. Annoying! 3. Water faucet by toilet is cold. Why no hot water???? 4. Got to pay for room up front for even extending stay. Got to pay up front! 5. Flights got cancelled. Hotel still needed to ask guests to pay up front for extension, even though the goverment told hotels that they will be paying for the rooms! Isn't this being ignorant and breaking the government mandate?
