Soluna experience. We set off to go on Monday and the admin. person said "of course you have to book the shuttle". There was no information to us about booking the shuttle in advance. We also waited for the shuttle after our experience and were told it doesn't enter the residence security point , so we had no instructions where to catch it. We were unable to upgrade with payment to lounge chairs by the pool. I think you should take Soluna off the activities as it was a real negative experience and we could have spent our valuable time elsewhere.

Staff were amazing. So understanding about our early checkin/late checkout needs. So accomodating and everyone here was really nice to meet and really helpful. They notice is you need help and offer it. The room was much bigger than i expected, the bed was extremely comfortable! Cant wait to stay again! Mahmood checked us in and i have to say he was the most helpful person, nothing was a problem even though the process wasnt smooth (my own fault). So good at his job

The only thing i found a bit frustrating was that some things werent clearly marked. Finding the pool was confusing. The online compendium was very light on info and i couldnt find a price list for the spa treatments. I didnt ask for a price list as we were only here for a quick stop over, i am sure if i had asked they would have been very helpful

E’ in una posizione leggermente defilata rispetto alla Marina ma ci si muove facilmente sia a piedi che in taxi. C’è la possibilità di sfruttare la spiaggia privata a The Palm e il collegamento con le navette

Mi hanno dato una camera al terzo piano con vista sul retro di un palazzo e due superstrade per cui non ho dormito niente a causa del rumore continuo delle due strade oltre al fatto che avrei gradito un piano più alto e magari con un po’ di vista come facevano vedere nelle foto delle camere al momento della prenotazione
