we really enjoyed our stay. a nice welcome from staff as we arrived at 1.30 am and were very tired. close to tram and metro easy access to airport transport. close to supermarket. excellent breakfast selection, comfortable beds and great shower pressure. Thank you

I would like to sincerely thank the hotel management for the outstanding level of service provided by all departments, especially the Front Office team. A special thank you to Ms. Waad Elkot, the Egyptian member of the Front Office team, for his generosity, kindness, and exceptional professionalism. Honestly, I wish everyone could be like him. She is a star 🌟 I would also like to thank Mr. Arafat, Ms. Angelica the Duty Manager, for excellent attitude, kindness, and professionalism, as well as Mr.Den and Mr. Ashim , who was always available and willing to assist us whenever we needed help. A special appreciation goes to Mr. Praveen and Chippy,Ravinder from the Housekeeping Department for his continuous assistance and excellent service. In general, the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel is truly outstanding. I would also like to thank the entire team Rovelyn,Said,James,Harish at the main restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Honestly, the quality of the food is exceptionally high, with a great variety of delicious dishes, including Arabic, European, and Asian cuisine. Overall, this is a truly excellent hotel that goes beyond expectations. The service, cleanliness, food quality, and professionalism of the staff made our stay a wonderful experience. Thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel.
