Near along beautiful spots
We are couple and didn’t realize that 2 single beds, there i am not sure if it is my mistake to book it or from the hotel.

The location was excellent, as was the breakfast and the restaurant; the restaurant staff were friendly, and the staff in general were friendly.
The bed was broken with no replacement available, and there were burnt-out light bulbs in the room that were never replaced. Additionally, the bed sheets were not changed throughout the entire stay, and the "Do Not Disturb" indicators by the door were not functioning; overall, the facilities were poor.

The people of the Hotel are the most hospital and welcoming i've ever seen! i highly recommend it and the position in the city is very central to every service and attraction.
If i have an only thing i think could improve is the breakfast! It's still nice, even if maybe from my preferences i would love to have a few croissants to choose from. But it's culture and every nation has its breakfast traditions! The pancakes were really good :)

Breakfast on the rooftop had an incredible view, but the variety was a bit limited. Location was smack in the middle of the busy shops and restaurants. Forgot my shirt there and the staff kept it for 2 weeks before I could come back to Istanbul and retrieve them.
The bed situation was a bit rough. The blanket was pretty much 1 piece of towel, and the room was quite small. Noise was a real problem. The general noise of the busy area was one thing. Outside my window was a mosque, and the loudspeaker was directed towards the room's direction. I understand that the call for prayer happens everywhere, but the room needs better noise cancellation.
