Close to the centre and easy to reach.

The room size was ok, the toilet needs an update. WC seat was very uncomfortable and there were no hooks or anywhere to hang towels (we bought our own). The breakfast buffet was good but the breakfast service was not the best. Two guys there were not keeping a single eye to tables where salt and napkins were constantly missing. They were always busy on their phone and needed to ask continuously for cutlery, cups, plates and basic essentials for breakfast.

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk,ook echt geïnteresseerd of alles naar wens was en behulpzaam. Locatie is perfect,veel dingen op loopafstand te doen. Ontbijt was uitgebreid,voldoende keus. Inpandige Hamam te boeken met massage etc. Prima. Geen geluidsoverlast van het verkeer op straat !

Geen idee ! Ik reis veel, maar heb geen negatieve dingen ondervonden. Het ziet er op de foto’s misschien iets luxer uit dan in werkelijkheid. Maar , niet als negatief ervaren.

The room was smaller than my expectation

1. Location is the best. 2. Shopping and restaurant are available everywhere around the hotel. 3. Tourist areas are close to the hotel like Sultan Ahmet Mousse, Grand Bazar, and Egyptian Bazar, .... etc. 4. Staff are good enough.

1. Breakfast is the same everyday, and almost poor. 2. Bath room, and the room itself small, but for the people who need the rooms for sleeping it is acceptable.

Very convenient if you are dragging luggage around - only 2min walk to the main train station (only 1 simple change if coming from the airport), 5mins to the ferry terminals. Plenty of cafes and shops in the streets around. Good selection of things at breakfast too!

The tram line is right outside, it can be quite loud in the early hours if you're a light sleeper. Also, the coffee was terrible!!
