Nicely arranged, neat and clean apartment. Parking within the property. Even if it is next to a busy street, it is very quiet in the apartment because it overlooks the inner courtyard. All necessary soaps, detergents and sponges were waiting for us in the kitchen and toilet. The kitchen is well equipped.

We managed, but the towel hooks and a few more shelves for things in the bathroom are missing. Also in the rooms, a few more shelves, a rod for hanging hangers and storing clothes.

L appartamento si presenta molto bene, molto accogliente e ben arredato. Ci sono tutti i confort. Ci sono anche bagno schiuma e cuffia per i capelli. La cucina ha tutto il necessario. Il tram per andare in centro si ferma proprio davanti a casa, e ci vogliono all incirca 15min per arrivare in centro.

The location is very good, close to the tram station that takes you to the city centre in minutes. Check in and check out were easy. The (ground floor) studio is spacious enough for a few days for one or two people.

The apartment smelled strongly of cigarettes. The smell seemed to have been absorbed into the furniture and was impossible to air out. The bed linen was extremely cheap, thin and polyester-like, which gave it a plasticky and uncomfortable feel. It did not feel like there was a proper barrier between your body and the mattress, which I found unhygienic. The toilet bowl was also dirty. When I told the owner about the cigarette smell, I was simply told that I was imagining it. Regarding the toilet, I was told that they could not use “aggressive” cleaning products and therefore could not clean it properly. Their response was that I could find another accommodation if I was unhappy. I found these replies very unsatisfactory. I had been travelling for days, arrived late, and it was obvious that at that point I was hardly going to start looking for somewhere else to stay. I was not even offered a discount or any other solution. In addition, there is enough hot water for one person to take a shower, but probably not for two people. It runs out after a few minutes and only comes back after a few hours. There is also no light in the entrance hallway which makes it tricky entering the flat during the night, especially if you're elderly or have small children.
