We stayed at the apartment while passing through and found it highly recommendable for that purpose. The location was convenient; parking was available on the street and free on weekends. The city center is easily accessible by tram. The large Maksimir Park is right next door. The key handoff went off without a hitch. There are two other apartments in the building, but we didn’t notice them at all. The small kitchenette is simply equipped - but fine for a short stay. We would stay here again.

It's an wonderful accomodation, clean, spatious, great location. We had a very late check-in due to customs issues and we received an appreciated understanding from the property manager.

Good location in a quiet street close to Maksimir park and several cafés and bakeries. It is wheelchair-accessible.

The listing describes checkin as "someone will greet you with the key" but there was no staff anywhere on checkin, checkout, or during our stay. Before arrival, the owner messaged to say that everything is unlocked but instead everything was wide open - both the entrance to the building and the apartment door were wide open for anyone (or any animal) to stroll in, while the room key was in the door lock. The apartment mildly smelled of cigarette smoke even though it's supposed to be non-smoking. Our booking was for a family of four, but there were only three chairs. There were no hand towels. We found a small hair of unknown origin in the middle of a nightstand.
