am happy that the Hotel is a non-smoking zone.

The bed is Comfortable, but the pillow was too softer. Every time I sleep there, the next day I suffered stiffed neck.

The location and most staff are exceptional. The beds are extremely comfortable and the cleaning crew does such a great job.

The kitchen staff was not very responsive. I paid for the breakfast and multiple mornings I would ask for coffee and it did not get delivered to my table. I expect more for what I paid.

Hotel is beautiful along with great customer service staff from the bell man to the hotel driver to the concierge to the front desk to the Spa and to the restaurant servers!!! Everyone was well trained in having exceptional customer service !

I want to thank the concierge staff for going out of his way in helping me rebook my ticket with Singapore Airlines. Also many thanks to the Manager and his front desk staff for helping me retrieve my belongings that were left inside the safe. They acted so quickly and efficiently. The restaurants are also very good: Samba, Canton Road and High Street cafe. The nice relaxing ambience, the quality of food and drinks and service were all very good. Again Thank you!

Staff were courteous—the quality of service and hospitality you’d expect from a Shangri-La property. Our room was so spacious and clean. Great decor and interior design as well.

The breakfast buffet was very crowded. The servers were lacked attention detail, understandably because of the number of customers at the time. The garlic rice took forever to be refilled.

The food in Canton Road Restaurant (3rd Level) was superb! The hotel staff are well-trained and courteous despite the number of guests that they need to accommodate and entertain. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-maintained.
