excellent location right within the Golden Circle and with easy access routes. The house is very well equipped, right down to coffee beans provided, and cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. Both bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner hand wash and shower gel.

Huge open plan livingroom & kitchen area. Separate heated garage with games room & washing machine & dryer. Hot tub was amazing! Great location for exploring golden circle & beyond. We are a family of 5 adults and there was plenty room for all of us. The house is very well equipped with everything you could ever need. We were lucky to see a fantastic show of the NortherLights from the road at the front & in the back garden. Prior to check in the owner provided lots of helpful information & recommendations. I would recommend this villa without any hesitation and will be back to explore more of this beautiful, diverse and dramatic country. Vik is worth a visit & of course the blue lagoon Kerid crater, gulfoss, geysers, Skogafoss, seljandafoss

The house is great with its 5 rooms and was perfect for a week with family.
Location was great too : calm and quiet, we even managed to see Nordic lights in front of the house.

Very good option with families with children. We were two families traveling together, house was big enough for all of us. Very good equipped kitchen. Hot tube in the yard.

Very friendly hosts. Very well equipped house and kitchen. Outdoor hot tub and garage with ping pong table, darts and fussball table for evening acitivties.

This was a fantastic holiday home. Our teenagers said it was the best house they had ever stayed in with games room, and large garden (full of snow) and luxurious secluded hot tub. The house was very private and comfortable with amazing views and big skies for trying to watch the aurora borealis. We spent the days touring the golden circle which was easily accessible, and went on a day trip down South to Vik and sights nearby which was totally manageable at about 90mins each way. It was such a pleasure returning to the house after a day out and warming up in the hot tub. We cooked in every evening as the cooking and dining facilities were so great and the house was a short drive to restaurants. This saved such a lot of money as eating out in Iceland is expensive. The hosts were really helpful and responsive. The house was easy to find and access but sure you get a 4x4 car if travelling in winter as the house is located up a small hill which was covered in snow during our stay.

The villa was the perfect location for our (Covid) delayed Christmas family holiday to Iceland. We hired a car and arrived at the villa mid afternoon after arriving at Keflavik airport at lunchtime. The pre-information we had been given from the hosts was so useful. We stopped at the supermarket en-route and bought all the items we needed for our stay. The bedrooms were all spacious and all the beds were comfy. The bedlinen was lovely and fresh and white. The bathrooms were lovely and modern with plenty of towels available. The hot tub was amazing. It was empty on arrival but the hosts arranged for someone to come over and fill it, and we were able to use it from the first evening. Our grown up children loved the games room. The sofa was comfy and we watched films every evening. The sound box was a big hit. The absolute highlight was seeing the Northern lights from outside the front of the villa on the second and third nights of our stay., we had thought there would be too much ambient light but the sky was alive with colour. The villa was the perfect base for our amazing Christmas family holiday. The hosts had even arranged for a Christmas tree for us. Thank you so much for helping to make such lovely family memories for us all.

Living area is very spacious and comfortable, kitchen very well equipped, games room and hot tub are excellent.
Bedrooms were rather small with nowhere to hang or store clothes, and nowhere to store suitcases.

Great location for exploring Golden Circle & beyond. Spacious, comfortable & warm - great living, dining, kitchen with everything you could need. Our teenage kids loved the games room. Hosts friendly & efficient. Highly recommended.
