Nice large 2 bedroom apartment with good facilities, 2 bathrooms. It was very warm for the time of year so we didn't get cold. You can see a great view of the Shard from the top floor. Tea and coffee condiments were available which was a really impressive touch.
Definitely needed to have mirrors in each bedroom as we could not straighten our hair in the bathrooms.

The room was clean, all the necessary items for convenience were in the room.
One of the bedrooms, which has its own bathroom, had a wet floor under the carpet, after which we moved to the second room

The location was good and we felt secure in the building.
Apartment 9 needs maintenance. We arrived on Sunday and our issues that needed fixing didn’t get fixed until Thursday and we were leaving on Saturday. The carpets are filthy, the ensuite bathroom has no grate or plugs in the shower or basin. The furniture in the second bedroom is missing its laminate on certain panels. The kitchen sink had no plug, the shower head in the main bathroom sprayed the ceiling. It was missing an iron and ironing board and the window in the kitchen kept closing when the wind blew. The whole apartment needs maintenance and the kitchen only had limited essentials. Not good value for money.
