Excellent location. The rooftop restaurant was great to just sit and watch the Nile from. You can also watch all the hot air balloons from the other side in the morning. There is a boat dock right in front of the hotel also, so very easy access to east bank

Everything! From the first communication helping me get from the cruise boat to the guesthouse - the amazing room and view and the stunning new sparkling pool. Fabulous breakfast on the rooftop overlooking Nile. Great hot water pressure - quiet a/c - help with drivers at good prices to temples and airport and also the sunset on the felucca. You cannot go wrong here.

The people working in the hotel are very kind and helpful, the place is located on a quiet part very none or very low traffic, there is a restaurant on the roof with good prices. We took a Gide for the East and West Bank sites with the hotel and it was amazing! His name is Khaled (English speaking)

The shining aspects of this property are the rooftop, new pool area and polite staff. Whilst this is good value for its location on the quieter side of Luxor, our room let it down for us and next time we would book the river-view room on the middle level. Good breakfast on the rooftop with view of the Nile. We booked airport drop off and hot air balloon ride with the staff.
Unfortunately our shower had not been cleaned but this was quickly addressed when we pointed it out. I would expect an ‘apartment’ listing to have more facilities like tea/coffee/cups, in saying this we were provided some shampoo on our second stay.
