The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and it was in a quiet area. The rooftop is amazing, and the boys working in the hotel are super nice and made us feel at home. The breakfast was very complete and on-time.

Our host Hussein, was truly amazing. He was on hand at every step of the way and made our stay very enjoyable. Absolutely nothing was too much for him. We arrived earlier than expected and were offered drinks which were very much appreciated as the weather in Luxor was so hot. He checked us into our room early, which again was very much appreciated. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Air conditioning which was very effective and a fabulous view of the Nile. The balcony was an added bonus. It was peaceful and had the best view ever. The area is very safe and was well located by the Nile cruisers offering crossings to the East Bank for a few EGP. There are lots of very good places to eat near by and they are excellent value for money. We had a lovely local breakfast provided as part our our stay which was very enjoyable. For the price we paid we felt that the apartments exceeded our expectations and we would happily pay much much more to stay there. Thank you again to our host Hussein who was friendly, professional and and amazing person. I can not recommend the Luxor Palace apartments enough. Service, location, hospitality and cleanliness were all 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is very close to the Nile river. The terrace of the hotel has a truly impressive view. We did not have the opportunity to use the hotel's pool, but it had a small clean pool. Our room was very clean.

Amazing property. The most unbelievable rooftop breakfast view of the Nile and Luxor Palace. Not new but extremely clean with the most professional and helpful staff. It was our Oasis in Luxor after long days in the hot (45C) sun. We actually cancelled a hotel in Aswan to stay an extra day because it was so enjoyable. We liked staying on the West Bank closer to the Valley of the Kings.

Honestly can’t say anything negative. Yes the kitchen and decor is dated but it is per the photos and the apartment is large and very clean with good A/C. Nothing to not like.

We loved this place, we only stayed for 3 nights but would have happily stayed for much longer. We had the cheapest room which was amazing value for money. Comfortable double bed, tv and armchairs, our own balcony and a good bathroom. This place is kept very clean. There was also a big fridge which was great, an outside kitchen and a large shared verandah with tables and chairs, bar stools at the kitchen and a washing machine which we were told we could use. The upstairs there is a huge roof terrace with tables, chairs, sunbeds, settees - a view one way of the Nile and the other of beautiful countryside and mountains. It really is stunning. Oh and of course a fabulous swimming pool. We were provided with bath towels and swimming towels, toiletries in the bathroom. And then there is the breakfast - absolutely delicious, an omelette, banana, salad, falafel, bean stuff, flat breads, cheese and jam - a small feast. This place is exceptional value for money, the young men who run this place are amazing, they couldn't do enough to be welcoming, hospitable and friendly. We will be back and we will stay for longer next time.

Breakfast was very good and roof terrace is beautiful

The location is good, on the West Bank but close to the public ferry. The service is high standard compared to other hotels in Egypt, same for the cleaning level. Welcome drink, help with the luggage. Breakfast was OK. You can ask for the time to be served. The room was spacious with balcony and outdoor fridge. They also offer washing machine free of charge, you only need to bring your detergent. The pool is very nice considering the heat in Luxor. There are several restaurants around if you don’t want to go to the east bank. There is a terrace with an amazing view of the Nile and Luxor temple. Last but not least, they do not push you to buy tours you don’t want.

It was written somewhere in the Recepcion that the pool is until 6:00 pm we did not ask, though, maybe they are flexible about it.

Host was cordial, kind and easy to communicate. Room was good but needed to only have one chair. Too crowded in room for 2 large comfy chairs with our luggage. Bathroom was excellent since it had a bath that was inviting after a day touring Cairo and then following day in Giza. The terrace was an excellent oasis for a couple drinks at night. Coffee in the morning watching the sunrise and hot air balloons were excellent. Nile river view at night.

The rooftop is lovely, the bed was super comfy, location is great, breakfast is delicious and more importantly, the staff is amazing. Hussein is a gem of a human being, super welcoming and nice. I forgot something in my room and he even came all the way to the East bank himself to bring it to me ✨ Thank you so much ✨

Reallý cheap accommodation with kind and helpfun staff. The room was clean and we got an electric heater and comfortable blanket, as the night was cold in February. We had enough hot water also. The view of the balcony is amazing! The ferry "station" and the riverside restaurants were only 3 minutes, safe walk from the accommodation. We recommend staying here if you would like to see how the farmers live on the west bank of the Nile, but still be comfortable.

Take earplugs, if you're sensitive of noise: the night work at the farm went on till quite late and the calling for prayer at 5 am was really loud.

Great property - this was my second stay for a reason! The staff are helpful and friendly, you get a basic but delicious breakfast and the location is so nice, tucked up a back street in a family friendly area and the views are excellent. Didn't use the pull but saw other guests enjoying it.

A gorgeous place to stay in the West bank, with an amazing view above the Nile and the greenery around.. So relaxing after a few days in Cairo ! They got us a driver late in the night from the airport, and managed to book the hot air balloon trip for us at a lower price than everything I had seen on the internet before. Just ask them for anything! There's a few restaurants to eat and a minimarket very close, such as feluccas and the ferry, don't worry about the location! The breakfast on the rooftop is the most charming view ever, wish we were there still..!

Location is ok 5-10 min walk to ferry, there’s a nice restaurant called freedom nearby for dinner, breakfast in the room was over expectation, room was quiet and spacious. Overall good value of money.

Staff was kind of pushy and not welcoming.

Great value, excellent breakfast, clean.. I have no problem recommending this place. Owner is very responsive to anything you need or any issues.

Had to "knife" into room everyday. No overnight staff which can cause check in /out problems. Bring your own shampoo and laundry soap.. No safe or lockers as advertised. I gave no mark down for these small issues.. Just an FYI for travellers.

Best thing is our host Muhammad was fantastic. He is a very funny guy. He was very helpful and makes delicious breakfast. Very flexible to make breakfast at the best time for our schedule. He helped to organise our transport and has lots of excursions available. The rooftop terrace has amazing views. Great value for money.

It was a little bit difficult to find at first without google maps because there is another place with a similar name close. No shower curtain (the same as everywhere else we stayed)

Nice quiet location on West Bank. Just one street back from the Nile Spacious apartment. Very clean. Nice large towels for bathroom and more upon request for use at pool. Breakfast excellent: Omlet, cheese beans, tomato. Cucumber. Warm bread and hot tea. Terrace overlooking pool to the front t a d small terrace to each bedroom overlooking lush green area with cow grazing and ibis stalking around in the pools of water there. Roof terrace absolutely fabulous. Freedom restaurant a couple of minutes walk was recommended. Lovely seating area Nile-side and good food Also serve beer. Highly recommend both apartment and restaurant. German owners very welcoming. Manager ery helpful in arranging ging a taxi to the airport. Boat available anytime to cross to east Bank....15 EGP per person.

Not a real issue: cupboard doors under sink were falling g off and needed some repair.....we should ha e mentioned it to owners but we forgot. And yet again my fault the remote to a/c needed new batteries. Didn't need it. Fan worked just fine.

A really spacious apartment. The staff were so helpful. We arrived late evening and staff walked with us to find a local restaurant. Breakfast on the roof top terrace was excellent. Views of the River Nile to the one side and the hot air balloons rising early morning to the other. Please do not be put off by the roads leading up to the apartment as once you are there it really is excellent.
