Room Mate Collection Giulia, Milan

This was a great location with great front desk. Concierge helped arrange an amazing dinner and gave great recommendations. Great location for shopping as well.

Room set up with closet was a little funky. But was manageable.

Excellent location in the heart of Milan, beautiful and stylish property, very clean and comfortable rooms, and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Everything was well maintained and the service throughout our stay was excellent.

Nothing significant — we had a wonderful stay and everything met or exceeded our expectation

Our stay was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is in a fantastic location, with excellent service and a very chic, stylish atmosphere. The property is beautifully maintained, clean, and modern, with a great deal of thought given to both design and functionality. Our room was perfectly appointed, with every detail carefully considered to provide comfort and convenience. The space was thoughtfully designed, and the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, making for a wonderful night’s sleep. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again.

Nothing at all, it was all amazing, and the staff were fantastic.

Only the location s good. Not worth the money we paid

Everything else. The room they gave us has no window. The reception withdraw money from credit card without letting me know
