beautiful modern design of the apartment in everything you see. great location, and very welcoming and helpful staff as I reached there one day earlier and I was given an upgrade with no extra cost. The bed and the sofa are very comfortable. daily cleaning. the kitchen has some nice facilities like your kitchen at home. This experience will let me book apartments rather than hotel as it is much enjoyable with larger space and it feels pleasant, cozy, and safe.

The host lady, Lucia, is super friendly and lovely. The whole apartment is cozy and all the facility is full-equipped. The location is just next to Dumo church, everything is so easy and convenient.

The location is amazing the Apparrment is very clean and cozy the toilet got a water hose which is convenient to those who use it the receptionist Lucia is amazing. great service with a smile. one of the main reason I would go back to this facility is the professionalism and nice treatment from this lady

perfect location in the heart of Milano. very kind and caring stuff (Lucia). very clean and morden apartments with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

very spacious, clean, well equipped, few meters away from the Duomo with infinite number of restaurants around. The metro station is literally meters away.

slight noise from the restaurants pulling their trolleys at 5 AM. but I guess I can live with that.

The host - location - cleanness - Security - amenities - check-in and check- out was fast and easy

The bathroom was not sound prove and the car can’t enter the street of the apartment as what we were informed because it is a historical road which made us face some difficulty with our luggage

The location was awesome, you cant beat this in that terms in Milan. Rooms are very good, well furnished, good quality amenities and more than enough room for our family of 5. Breakfast is served downstairs in a local restaurant and is good Italian breakfast. Our host was extremely helpful and ensured that all our little requests were fulfilled where she could help.

as the location is just beside the duomo, a bit loud at midnight when restaurants close their shop.

The location of the apartment is the best. The metro line is right in front of the door, next to Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emunuele shopping mall and surrounded by restaurants. The apartment is nice and clean with modern interior design. There is a sofa bed in the living room which is the best choice if you travel with family of 3-4.

The room is not completely sound proof, still hear noises through the window at night.

Amazing view, awesome interior design, extremely friendly and gracious staff and especially the majordomo. Loved our time there!

Very loud at night.Constant loud noises with trash removals and empty bottles.The loud noise carried on throughout the night into the early hours of the morning.It was impossible for any human to sleep.
