Gia Huy Riverside Hotel Hoi An

All of the staff were wonderful and helpful. The location was great - just a 5min walk to old town but very quiet and peaceful, with a calm view of the river. The pool area is shaded and nice.

Excellent pool. Having push bikes available was awesome.

We had such a lovely stay here! The property is about a 10-minute walk from the main entrance of Hoi An Old Town, which made it very convenient to explore everything on foot. The property doesn’t have a lift, but the staff kindly helped us carry our luggage to our room. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. But the real highlight was the staff… they were incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They even helped us book a cooking class directly through the reception and made sure to inform the organisers about our seafood allergy, which we really appreciated. It was also my birthday during our stay, and my husband had asked them to arrange a cake at midnight. They did it beautifully! The next day, while we were out exploring, the staff went the extra mile. When we returned in the evening, we found that they had not only cleaned our room but also decorated it with a “Happy Birthday” message and thoughtfully left some beautifully packed fruit for us. That extra effort, done so genuinely by the staff, made us feel incredibly special. ❤️ It was such a warm and memorable experience

Everything about our stay here was perfect, the staff are so kind and helpful and the location is perfect, just a short grab away from the old town with local restaurants nearby! Would 100% recommend
