Cozy Central Hoi An Boutique Hotel

I think this must be one of the few times where I found that giving a place less than the top ratings would not be appropriate as this is one of the top few places in the world I have stayed at that I would wholeheartedly recommend. And I travel a lot, must have, don't know, maybe 300+ hotels under my "belt"?? So, what makes this place so special? I have stayed here regularly since 2016, where I had a chat with the manager, and noticed the attention to detail she had in mind, running this - affordable - boutique hotel. This hasn't changed and over the years, my fondness of this place has increased. I hope, that my little review might convince others to also try to stay here, an exceptional place, quiet, within easy walking distance from the Old Town and some of the most fabulous staff on this planet. For me, the decision to stay there is deeply personal.

What could be better?? Apparently, they fully renovated the place?? I wonder what there was to be renovated as it already had a high standard in April this year? I decided, after writing my review here to stay longer the next time I will be in Hoi An. Hoi An can be a bit busy after dark, it's a beautiful place that's why, but I particularly like the place also during daytime, hanging out at one of the cafés or book shops. Go for a bicycle ride? Or read a book on the terrace of Cozy?

- great location close to Hoi An old town - very attentive staff with local background and great recommendations - star chef for breakfast - very big and clean room - fantastic service team with amazing cleaning - free of charge bicycle - great WiFi

- the aircon could have been colder in the beginning but after requesting support the hotel instantly helped us and fixed the room temperature - The name cozy is part of at least 3 hotels in Hoi An and grab is suggesting this one last - be careful or you end up in many places before you find your actual stay

The staff were brilliant especially Ellie!

Breakfast onsite would’ve been good but was excellent at other property.
