Accommodation fine and owner helpful and easily contacted, nice pool clean and large

Location too far from shops, particularly for groceries. Beach unswimmable, house some distance from entrance. Transport needed for activities other than pool.

The 3 bedroom duplex situated at the back of the Replay Residence was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and provided a nice change from a hotel. It is great for families due to the space and facilities provided. The master bedroom was large and had an en-suite with a dressing area and a large TV. Cleaning products and cloths were provided for the kitchen and shower gel and shampoo and soap in the bathroom. Cleaners came in every 3 days. The kitchen had a hob, microwave, air fryer, grill, blender and plenty of utensils and there was even a barbecue outside. There is a large swimming pool and gym a short walk from the house. Max was the perfect host and was always on hand to answer our questions both before and during our stay. He arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport and he also stored our luggage and personally took us back the airport on our return. He also gave us a scooter to use free of charge. The property is about a 10 min walk from Fisherman’s Village, however if you don’t want to walk or use a scooter, just flag down a songthaew (public transport), tell them where you want to go and agree a price (around 100 baht to fisherman’s village). Just a short walk is The Deck beach club which does great food and you can use the facilities, comfortable sun beds and swimming if you eat and drink there. Also next door from The Deck is My Friend that does great Thai food.

The property was overlooked at the back from other apartments.

The apartment is absolutely superb. Beds were very comfortable and the facilities really good. The pool is also very large and clean.

It's a short walk to the beach but if you want this kind of luxury and space you are not going to get it in any of the main towns unless you spend thousands. That said there would be a taxi or pickup truck with seats going past every couple of minutes so getting around wasn't a problem.

You will have everything you need inside the villa, good location and facilities. It was good value for money which was cheapest than usual due to COVID

It wasn’t clean enough , on a scale of 10 , it would be 6. Furniture is old If it was offered in the original price , I would not take it

Maxim is helpful and his English is good. If someone wants a proper house, this was modern and well-equipped. But plenty of eateries are a short walk away, and so is the water. The pool and gym looked nice too.

The only minus was the airport shuttle desk and driver did not understand that Pause is part of the Replay complex, and there was confusion finding the right place. But everything else was very good.
