Das Zimmer ist groß, es war bei der Ankunft wirklich sauber. Für 2 Personen ist es perfekt, für 3 auch machbar aber eben ohne Privatsphäre - was aber ja jeder selbst entscheiden darf. Was sehr nützlich und gut war, war dass es eine Küche hatte und noch Utensilien dazu. Heißt Töpfe, Teller und auch ein Toaster. Ebenso sehr gut ist, dass es einen wirklich sehr großen Kühlschrank gibt. Sitzmöglichkeiten gab es genug innen. Das Fliegergitter an der Schiebetüre war wirklich sehr toll, da man auch lüften konnte ohne Angst zu haben Mosquitos danach in der Wohnung zu haben. Zusätzlich gab es einen Ständer / Wäscheleine den wir sehr geschätzt haben. Ausblick direkt aus der Wohnung hin zum Meer war sehr schön. Der Zugang direkt zum Beach ohne noch irgendwo an der Straße herum laufen zu müssen ebenfalls geldwert. Die Vermieter haben uns früher einchecken lassen und uns später auschecken lassen, das war wirklich sehr nett und hilfreich. Man konnte außerdem die Vermieter jederzeit in Booking erreichen und sie waren sehr hilfsbereit. Das ist ansonsten immer etwas schwierig Leute zu erreichen, daher ist das ein sehr wichtiger Pluspunkt.

Leider kein Zimmerservice, aber das war ja zu Beginn klar. Ansonsten war nur zu sagen, dass die Sitzmöglichkeit auf dem doch kleinen Balkon nicht gerade einladend oder bequem waren.

Nice and cozy apartment directly at the beach. The beach was absolutely clean and the water good for swimming. Good places for having dinner, renting scooters and going out in the evening around the area (fisherman's Village). The bed's were clean and comfortable and it's quite a big room for a one room apartment with a kitchen and a table. All in all a really good place to stay for a few days.

The apartment in general could have been cleaned more before our arrivel especially the bathroom. I just showered it off by myself to get rid of everything then it was ok

Nice and comfortable place, very spacious and perfect for those working online like us. WiFi was great and facilities around us were good. Beach 30 seconds away, nearby 7/11, scooter rental, Bangrak Cafe over the road was amazing - highly recommend.

Kitchen area and bathroom needed a good clean. Beach was a little dirty, not nice to swim in as boats nearby, and noisy at night.

Clean comfortable room ,friendly host, close to some nice restaurants and a short cab/scooter ride to fisherman's village

Great location with sea view and direct access to beach. Small kitchen area with microwave, cooker top etc. Indoor and outdoor seating area. Groundfloor room 2 was best of 3. Lek and Philip were always available on site. Had safe access problems but this was easily dealt with. Plenty free water. Stayed an extra night. Locates on beach road and handy for bars, restaurants, food and fish markets. Baht bus runs outside. Outdoor hose to clean sand off after beach visit.

Lack of housekeeping but this was explained on arrival. Take own rubbish outside. However clean towels available all the time. Roofing work on the new build next door sometimes started early and noisy.

So it's great for longterm stay and couples if you like to make your own food. It has Netflix as well for relaxing movie nights. All in all it feels just like home. Location is good for sunset points.

Location is okay. Beach nearby but isn't very big or maybe it just seemed like that as it was stormy during my stay. It's a bit far from main beaches like chaweng or lipa noi but you can get there easily enough if you rent motorbike. Owner rents motorbike as well at fair price but you could find cheaper options if you walked around a bit from there.
