Everything. Top hotel experience. Suites were absolutely gorgeous and were the grounds. Pictures do not do it justice.

Breakfast was nice. Room was lovely and staff were fantastic
One of four restaurants were closed and we wern't informed. It was very remote and expensive for everything across the hotel.

This place is a little paradise in Mallorca. Scenery, setting, food staff everything was 10/10

The rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Dining options were good, especially Roka.
Not worth the price. The pool was incredibly small and crowded, there often weren’t enough beds for our family. For a property of this size, there should be more pools.
The service was also hit and miss. There was one very helpful attendant named Adrian but beyond that the staff left a lot to be desired especially those at the front desk.
The buggies were also slow to arrive often taking up to 15 minutes - not ideal with kids.
