The staff was very helpful and friendly and the beach was just amazing. Free private parking for guest was also a very nice and useful surprise.
Beach towel exchange hours were rather odd. For our 7 day stay we were not able to change towels as we arrived on Monday and Thursday we were out in the morning and missed the 4h window.

excellent for families. So much to do! I loved the animators and the pools. The beach was really close and nice. I loved the food too. It was a bit expensive but I am happy to pay for great service

Tutto: posizione, buffet, spazio appartamento, pulizia, cura del verde, gentilezza personale di servizio. Tutto al top!

Really nice and friendly staff. Especially one of the receptionists and the lady that does the a la carte bookings. She gave us a free dinner at the a la carte restaurant, after our feedback which was really friendly.
The beds were absolutely horrible. Too hard and not comfy. The cleaning was not great in the room. Do not understand why we needed to do the dishes ourselves. The aircon was not working that great and really slow to cool down the sleeping room. The food in the restaurant was great for the kids but not nice for the adults. I was missing healthier options for lunch and better quality in general.
