Very nice staff, all very attentive! The location is perfect, with atleast 2 metro stations in short distance. Even at night it was easy to get back to the hotel. The Eiffeltower is a short walk away! Decent bathroom, nice beds. We were able to leave our luggage on the checkout day as our train wasn't until later.
The rooms were quite outdated; the walls were dirty and looking old, no amenities. We had put up the 'do not disturb' sign on the first day as we didn't need any cleaning but housekeeping still went into the room when we went out. Not really a big deal to us personally though.

Very basic but lovely and pleasant hotel,friendly and helpful staff .In a very good location, we would definitely stay there again. Lots of restaurants, bars, and metro stops nearby. Plenty of bakers and supermarkets to choose your snacks and drinks from in the vicinity.

Nothing to not like we knew the rooms could be on the small side but were good enough and spotlessly clean for somewhere to have as a base ..

Tha location was perfect.
The bathroom, it only has a bathtub and was very high a little dangerous it your traveling with grandparents.

Great location, friendly staff, really clean 😁
There were an issue with a WI-FI. It didn’t work, and I was told about this when I arrived.
Also, I couldn’t paid by card for the stay, when I arrived,because terminal was broken. That is ok, I paid by cash (cash machine is round the corner) however, it would be nice to received an email or sms about this before I came 😉

location and balcony
Was jetlagged and unable to sleep, so sat in reception to call home. Staff told me to go back to my room and when i asked if i could just help myself to coffee i was told not for another two hours. No kettle in room. Barbaric treatment for a Melburnian.
Policy about leaving key each time you leave is not told to you until you are chased down for infringing it.

Great service, very friendly staff, size of room adequate for Paris, quality for price amazing, good neighborhood - a lot of coffee places, small restaurants etc. Every day cleaning service, staff suggested a lot of places to visit for food, gave advices for transportation! 15 minutes from Eiffel tower. Very quite and safe area.

Hotel was clean. Receptionist very friendly & helpful. Location was close to Metro & Eiffel Tower.
Room was old & tired. Room layout felt a bit cramped & some bits of mould on bathroom tiles & window.

We were on the 7th floor and could see the tip of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. very spacious and great location. staff were very friendly as well.

The location. The family room has two bathrooms.
It is in serious need of a remodel. The carpet is gross. The shower is gross and full of mildew. There was no balcony, as advertised.

The hotel location was good and the hotel room was ok if you are not staying in hotel for longtime and will be spending more your time roaming outside.
I didn't like the receptionist who attended us..(Not sure what her name.Not the one who helped us in keeping our baggage at the counter when we arrived.She was a sweet lady)..I felt some kind of discrimination towards Asians..I felt the way they interact with french or Americans was different from how they respond to Indians.So ya mostly i might not suggest this hotel for this reason to any Indian.

Warm welcome. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I choose this hotel for its location, it is close to the metro line 6 (from Montparnasse raiwail station to Tour Eiffel. Lot of restaurants around.
The room was not quiet. Noise is coming from inside not from the street which has very low trafic

Excellent location just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and plenty of restaurants and bars. Tidy room and comfortable bed.
Basic facilities with small bathroom and no air conditioner in the room. Desk hadn’t been cleaned as was grease and crumbs from previous guests however otherwise room was clean and tidy.

The location is very near to the Eiffel Tower. You still however need to take quick bus ride.
It’s extremely quiet and a safe neighborhood
The hotel has a decent lobby and a lift. This comes in handy if you have a lot of luggage.
The room has a balcony. There is adequate amount of space in the room and the bathrooms are extremely clean.
There are no facilities apart from the basics. Boiler is missing from the room. No boiler in the room for making tea, coffee or cup noodles. None provided at reception s as well.
No space to open your bags and unpack.
Plus the taxi we took from the hotel overcharged us by 15€. There is a flat of 35€ from the total.

Location is accessible to Eiffel tower and Metro station is nearby, room are neat and clean , we can find lot of restaurants nearby,both receptionist are very friendly.
