St Regis is a luxury 5 star hotel and our experience during our stay reflects exactly that. The staff were amazing, very clean and well resourced, the breakfast is superb and the butler service is 10/10. We were greeted with warmth and huge smiles, the check-in and check-out process was very prompt and smooth which we appreciated since we have two young children.

The shower broke down whilst we were there. It was quickly fixed but not to be expected at this hotel.
The EV charger was not working whilst we were there. We had specifically asked whether EV chargers were available and the hotel answered yes but nobody forgot to check whether it was actually working!
