Ascott stays never disappoints!! This was the most comfortable stay during my 5 week holiday traveling between China and Malaysia. Bedrooms were tidy and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and appliances. It really made me feel like I was at home. Front desk service was courteous, welcoming and professional. The only thing I would like to comment on is their breakfast. It could do better, from food varieties, atmosphere and location. I’ve been to other Ascott buffets and this one was literally a joke.

Room are spacious. Cooker, Microwave, Capsule coffee machine worked well. Cleaner lady Ramlah, counter staffs, Drivers, concierge are friendly & Helpful. Self laundry washer & Dryer cost Myr 10.60 each. The breakfast need to improve with more Ham, Bacon, Salted eggs, pickles for porridge.
5 mins walking distance to NU Sentral. Btw will choose Ascott . Excellent 👌👍.

The room is clean and spacious. It is a bit of walk from/to the train station if you have luggage. They also won’t store your luggage if you go away somewhere else unless you have a future reservation with them, which I find many other hotels would do regardless if you stay again or not.
