It’s always great when owners outfit a house to seat comfortably as many as they sleep. My friends and I like to gather once a year and when we do, we love nothing more than to hang out together and enjoy conversations. The living room is large and can easily seat 10 people comfortably. The dining room we can squeeze in. And that view and the sunsets are spectacular. We snuck out onto the beach after dark and saw bioluminescent plankton lighting up the waves. Truly once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. The kitchen was well equipped, and it was nice to have beach towels and chairs available. Highly recommended!

Cute house. Smaller than it looks. Inconvenient beach access through one of the large bedrooms. Not ideal if you don’t like traipsing sand through the bedrooms. Beautiful ocean view.

The house was very clean, and a great location. On the sand, the kids could have fun going out the door and be on the beach. We went to the water early morning and at night with our flashlights. The harbor is across the street, we rode our bikes..

We came from LA looking to get out of the craziness. We had no idea that Hollywood Beach existed before our Booking and we were blown away With the beauty and expansiveness of the beach . The house was perfect and had everything we needed. We definitely will want to return.

The house was wonderful for our family. ages 3-75. Plenty of room for everyone! It is right on the beach, but the ocean is a good 5 minute sandy walk for the little ones. That didn't change our enjoyment at all -- we just needed a bit more planning. Kitchen had lots of pots and pans and dishes and glasses, but we could have used more than one kitchen towel to avoid using paper towels. There is also outdoor furniture and beach toys and umbrellas to make things comfortable for everyone. Your family will love it!

Paradise by the Sea
The property is just as it is shown in the photos. Great space, light and airy. The kitchen was just the right size, with a wonderful family space. Lots of games, and flat screen televisions in all the bedrooms and the family room. It has a spectacular view of the ocean, right on the beach, which was as close to a private beach as you could find. A short distance to the waves with lots of sand to build sand castles with the little ones and enjoy the peace and quiet just the waves. It was our family paradise by the sea.

The house was stunning, well outfitted, fit our family perfectly. Had everything we needed to play, cook and rest for the week. Thank you to the owners of Mollies at the Sea!! Can't wait to come back next year.

The house is awesome and the location is even better. It was clean and well stocked with bikes, beach chairs etc… lots of fun. There are spectacular views and all of the furnishings and decor are well selected. There is also a wooden deck on the sand with big umbrellas. I’m not sure the BBQ is mentioned in the listing, but there is a gas BBQ on a small deck off the side of the kitchen. The kitchen itself has all the dishes and cookware you could possibly need. This is a great place to spend time with family and friends. I would definitely stay there again.

The house was spacious and beautiful, and very clean. There was everything I could have possibly needed for a beach vacation and even more than what I needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. There was basic soaps and detergents for cleaning, laundry and dishes. There was an abundance of dishes, cups, silverware, pots and pans. We cooked breakfast lunch and dinner and never needed for anything(other than groceries which we brought with us). There were even coolers, umbrellas and beach toys to build sandcastles for the days we spent on the beach. There were bikes and scooters in the garage which were nice for an afternoon ride by the harbor. Plenty of restaurants and a bar nearby. The beach was not crowded and the view was awesome. This is our new favorite vacation spot and we plan on returning.

We traveled to California for a family reunion on the beach and Mollies by the Sea provide us with an excellent escape! A wonderful home and views for miles. The real estate company was also excellent-- including Scotty who came to update the internet for us! Wonderful time all around! Thank you.

The stay was great. The house is well located right on the beach with great views, enough room for about 8. We had 10 people, including 2 tall teenagers. The kitchen is small, but sufficient. There were enough pots and pans, etc. The house is convenient and clean.One problem is the restrictive move out time of 10:00 AM on departure day. That is way too early and non-negotiable. The elay in returning the cleaning deposit is close to a scam. They sit on your money for 6 weeks.Otherwise the house and location were excellent and the staff was good and efficient in preparing for the trip. Credit cards should be accepted at no increased fee. The CFO is really consumer unfriendly.

Stayed here for a destination wedding with four couples. Beautiful sunrise and sunset every day. Great access to the beach. Had everything at the house to make it easy and a comfortable stay. Nice location to go up or down the coast and a great harbor within walking distance.

We found the rental online and knew it was going to be great. The house has tons of rooms and beds. All of the cooking and serving ware we could ever need, and tons of towels. They even provided shampoo and body wash! With the beach just outside our door and grocery stores just minutes away, we wanted for nothing. Thanks so much!

We were in town for my son's wedding. Mollies was a lovely place for us to stay, spending family time, relaxing while preparing for the wedding, sneaking in some beach time even on busy days. Accommodations were terrific and the private beach front made for a wonderful family time together. The view of the sunset and beach were beautiful but disappointed that we could not see the waves breaking or kids playing at the water front due to the distance to the sand/waterfront and drop off that occurs at actual water level.

It was a wonderful time. Just wish had known about June gloom cause the weather was a bit of a bummer. The location was amazing and we still enjoyed the beach. My niece got to see dolphins for the first time,which was amazing. We will most definitely be back.

Mollies by the Sea is a great vacation spot on the beach. This home is family friendly complete with bikes, beach towels, sand toys and more. Ocean views are from the balcony level and beach access from the bottom patio area. The only drawback is you have to lock the house from the front door. The patio slider should have a key lock for easy access direct from the beach. We would definitly stay here again.
