This adorable, 4 Bedroom + 3 Bathroom home is just across the street from the uncrowded beaches of Hollywood Beach! With ocean views from the sundeck, this home is walking distance to the Channel Islands Harbors and just a short drive from the Seabridge Community with local restaurants.
On the first floor you will find two bedrooms, both with king sized beds, and a full bathroom. Head up the stairs to be greeted by the open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room feels bright and spacious, with large windows that let in so much sunshine. Enjoy the flat screen TV and fireplace, after a long day at the beach. The dining table seats up to 8, and leads into the kitchen.
The kitchen has stunning navy blue cabinets with brand new countertops! The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need, and a Keurig coffee maker. Just down the hallway is the second bathroom and third bedroom with a king sized bed.
On the third story is the master bedroom suite. This room is spacious with a flat screen TV, a fireplace, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom. There is also a futon in this room and a door that leads to the sun deck.
This sun deck is breathtaking! With stunning ocean views, perfect for enjoying the sunset.
There is laundry in the garage, with parking.

This home is pet-friendly with a fee of $150 per pet. The maximum number of dogs in the house is 2. If you would like to bring more, prior approval is needed.

The property was great and met our family's needs perfectly. The location was perfect, with easy beach access. With bedrooms on all levels, this accommodated our differently-abled and -aged family members. Being able to use the garage was very helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was simple. Our host was very responsive and was easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommtfor a quiet family getaway!

We were comfortable and had a good time. There's no door to the master bedroom so we can hear others from the kitchen at night. Good location. We saw sea lions within short walking distance.

Everything about this space was perfect for our family (grown adult kids and spouses.) Spacious, awesome location, quiet, comfortable beds, lots of king size beds, ample room in the kitchen and living area. We appreciated the extras like the tar-cleaning station, boogie boards, lots of towels to use. Highly recommend!

Great location for the whole family. Fantastic amenities - we really enjoyed our stay for a family vacation. Beware with the little ones, there are tons of stairs at this property but two rooms downstairs are helpful to make sure they are safe.
