Central location, extremely professional staff.
The room was stylish and spacious furnished thoughtfully, equipped with water heater and hygene packs as well. The bed was big.
LOUD LOUD LOUD. Literarily all night long from 8pm-8am painfully loud karaoke music and drunk screemings. Absolutely no noise insulation.

The staff are very good. Above average for 3 star hotel. You feel at home and really they will try to accomodate your request. Will stay again here.

Location of the hotel is perfect. Near Malioboro street and near the train station (walking distance). Staff was friendly and professional, they helped us with late booking of Borobudur trip. Actually not a lot to complain about.
Very very basic rooms. Bathroom with no doors or shower curtain, everything gets wet :-) We happened to have the room facing the street, which is quite busy, and the street noise which we are not used to, caused some problems of us getting asleep.
