Tienen aire acondicionado, limpian todos los días, muy buen desayuno tradicional, personal muy amable ☺️
No se puede regular la temperatura del agua, pero no fue un problema, sale fresquita pero no helada

Really lovely stay. The breakfast was incredible, it was something different every day and on the last day there was even gudeg! The host was really kind and friendly, and on the day I went to Borobudur I could even have breakfast early before I left. The beds were very comfortable and the location was quiet and felt very safe. Room was small but had everything I needed, powerful AC and was cleaned daily. The value for money is really super.
The only thing to note is that although it is walkable to Malioboro, about 15-25 min walk, some of the walk is along busy roads with lots of traffic and limited footpaths so I found it easier/ safer to get a bike taxi back

Staff is attentive, polite and very kind.
Tasty local breakfast included, cooked by the hostess -very informative.
Good communication in English -in person and online.
The common areas are beautiful.
The bed was comfortable.
We could easily go to the train station and Malioboro from here.
The room has a "Java jasmine" scent that felt too strong.
The room was very humid. There's some mold on the walls.
The AC didn't work the last day (we stayed 3 nights, I'm rating from the additional one).
Thin walls. You can easily hear your neighbor.

"A Rumah Gandrung troverete un posto unico in tutta Yogyakarta. La gentilezza, la cortesia e la delicatezza della padrona di casa sono andate oltre quello che immaginavo dalle già ottime recensioni.
