Excellent location and a very warm welcome from host’s father. The apartment was close to a little supermarket and only 5 mins from Centrale Market where we bought fresh meat and vegetables for cooking. There were helpful pantry supplies at the apartment.
The aircon was only in the bedroom and was a bit noisy for sleeping. We prefer more lighting in the bathroom and living areas.

Location was my initial reason for choosing 3 Perle, also because of the elevator. Everything was within walking distance from 3 Perle…clean, spacious, comfortable, friendly and reachable owner, what’s not to like!!!
Nothing to dislike!
