Great location near Duomo and shopping. Osvaldo was very caring and helped us get a taxI to train station.
Getting a taxI in Florence during high season is next to impossible unless you are at the train station or airport. Very crowded with tourists in early October.

Nice Apartment, spacious, well situated in downtown.Close to the Domo of Florence. Neighborhood around it’s ok. Not far from train station.
Definitely the communication with the Owner/administrator is very bad. Never answer anything until the same day I was to get into. I had to call him by phone if not he would never answered any message neither by Booking nor WhatsApp. I wouldn’t recommend it because of the communication
