Vessel Inn Ueno Iriya Station

This hotel offers the absolute best quality for the price. The rooms and facilities are incredibly quiet and clean, ensuring a perfect rest. The location is unbeatable—it's located very close to Iriya Station, and you can easily walk to Ueno, Asakusa, and Nezu. The amenities are great; they even offer welcoming gifts and drinks! Additional services like convenient luggage storage, a nice laundry room, and an ice machine are all available. However, what truly sets this place apart is the staff. They are SO friendly, helpful, and ready to assist at any time. Since they knew we were on our honeymoon, they surprised us with the sweetest, most touching gesture: a beautiful photo frame as a gift. It meant the world to us because we could feel the genuine time, money, and best intentions they invested in it. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel!

There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel. The rooms are on the smaller side, but that is standard for Tokyo, and since they are so well-equipped and highly functional, the size didn’t matter at all.

Close to the metro, comfortable, good price

The could have made my bed

Easy of access to train station, location to good food, and the property is always clean

Nothing at all

Breakfast was okay. The choices are more of Japanese style. They should include more breakfast choices keeping in mind international travellers.

Some staff weren't able to communicate at all in English. Breakfast should have more food options which can cater for International travellers choices.
