Breakfast was great, location good, near the port beach and the port of Porto Montenegro itself.
did not like the evening party in the hotel restaurant - guests are not allowed to make noise, but the hotel management can afford it

Helada hotel competes with big famous hotels with pride. The team is wonderful, the rooms are sparkling and the bed is very comfortable. Big showers and with a big balcony to enjoy fresh air. A/C in each room and a generator will turn on automatically if the electricity will go off. It is located 7 minutes from Tivat marina and it’s restaurants and stores. Parking for your car is available and it’s located only 2 kilometres from the airport. For me and my wife this hotel and its team deserve a 10! SUPERB!

Room with the balcony was clean and cozy. Hotel staff was friendly.
The water temperature in the shower strongly depends on how many other guests are taking shower at the same time. That means you will take contrast shower regardless of your wish :)

The room was exceptionally clean, the maid service was quick and thorough, Toiletries were above average. The breakfast was awesome and to cap it all off.... The staff were really friendly and responsive to any inquiries.
The bathroom in my room (room 302) was a little cramped, but still not a big deal. My view was horrible, there was no balcony, and very limited water views from the hotel overall. In an area like Tivat, the views are a big deal, but unfortunately, this can't be fixed at the Helada. They definitely make up for the deficits with excellent service and a motivated staff.

Comfy beds and good shower. Nice breakfast.
Next to the main road and loud traffic all night. No pool or any extra for a 4 stars hotel. No garden view as they claim, as there is no garden but chairs on a concrete slab looking against a new building stopping their view to the sea. I guess the 4 stars were given before the neighbour built against them.

We stayed in Helada only for a few days on our business trip. We liked the convenient location of the hotel-close to Jadranska Magistrala, although for some it might be a big disadvantage. The beach, Porto Montenegro, as well as good restaurants were within walking distance. As far as the breakfasts are concerned, they were tasty and the portions were big enough for adults. Moreover, there were enough choices - we had something different each day of our stay. The waiter was great, very helpfull and pleasent.

The staff were very friendly and happy to help with any questions. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was ideal, 10 minute walk to the main marina.
I had no complaints with the hotel at all and would gladly rebook on my next visit.

So close to airport and palme beach ⛱ also you can walk tivat centre in 10mins.
Also hotel room is quite, sound insulation is good.
Breakfast was amazing 😇 you have many options to eat here. 😋
