This home is beautiful! Perfect location next to a playground. The kids loved being able to swim almost more than spending the day in Disney parks. Thank you so much for helping to make our trip as close to perfect as it could be! :)

The location of the home was perfect for us for Disney and Universal parks. Having Walmart for shopping was also a plus.
This home was great for a family of 13 for size, but there definitely needs to be a good cleaning done of the home. We had a few issues, with BBQ, water dispenser on fridge not working but did get these things sorted.
The king beds are not that great, pillows and bedding could use replacing.
The owner did work with us to get things sorted out and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice neighborhood and close to Disney parks. The house needs some updating. Doors are banged up. Comforter in downstairs bedroom was dirty, and the game room is a converted garage with concrete floor. Air hockey game doesn’t work. Mold in master bath shower and around the spa.

We enjoyed our time here. The property could use some updates but it wasn’t anything that made our stay less enjoyable-except possibly the beds that were not very comfortable. The location is great and it was very easy to get to the Disney Parks. We paid to have the pool heated and it would have been nice to know that we actually had to turn it on ourselves. The first 3 days we didn’t use it because it wasn’t warm and we didn’t know about the switch outside until I contacted the host to ask about it. Otherwise everything was great. I liked the feeling of safety inside the gated community.

Good location for visiting multiple parks. Small children's playground right next door. Plenty of room for 8 people and everything worked but the ice maker…not a problem as there was a Super Walmart 1 mile away for all of our needs. Could not reach the owner via the message option on the app but I am guessing that was a VRBO problem not related to this specific property. I would recommend this property.

Nice property and very attentive hosts. Enjoyed our stay until we discovered a bed bug problem in one of the kid's bedrooms towards the end of our stay. Kids had bites all over. Host said he would call someone in to investigate and correct the problem.

The house was just as described. The layout was perfect and having a pool in the backyard was excellent. They even have door alarms leading to the pool so young kids can’t go out to the pool without people knowing. We plan to stay again the next time we visit the Orlando area.

Awesome house for a family of 15! So many extras for the littlest babies to grandparents. Owner was VERY accommodating and responded quickly to any questions our group had. Would definitely recommend! ONLY negative was the main floor bedroom bed was very hard. Some people maybe like that though.

The house exceeded our expectations and had all we could ask for. So many things he provided we didn’t even discover all of them until well into our stay. Pool toys, baby stuff strollers all you could ever need. Our host Thomas was amazing he was so attentive to a couple of self created issues. We had a response to any question we had in a matter of minutes. The gated community made us feel so safe and welcomed. Beautiful community and so close to anything you need. Walmart gas restaurants gift shops and Disney. All just a very short drive. Farthest drive was Disney at 15 minutes max. We unfortunately had a medical issue with our infant and had to go the ER with her. Absolutely amazing care at the hospital so take comfort in the fact that if you need any care it is very close by to the home. Once again shout out to our host Thomas for all you did for us. 5 star you are the best

My family and another family traveled south from New England to take in the Florida sunshine and our first trip to Disney. Tom was great to communicate with, and the house was perfect. Plenty of room for our group of 11, close to EVERYTHING, and had not only a pool onsite, but a fun kid-friendly waterpark with slides, etc. Couldn't have asked for anything more for this getaway!

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful house. It had everything and very clean. My husband and I went with our son, daughter-in-law, grandkids (9 and 11) and special needs Adult son. Pool was enjoyed by all as well as the billard table and air hockey. Location was great e cept for the traffic.

The home is beautiful and spacious enough for a large family/ group. The neighborhood is about 15 minutes from Disney which is a plus and they have a cool clubhouse with a pool and arcade. Thomas was very quick and easy to speak with, which is a plus. The kids absolutely loved the pool and we were able to utilize the grill. The curtain in the upstairs hallway bathroom should definitely be replaced or cleaned. There’s a huge red stain on it and it just looks as though it’s been neglected during the cleaning process. We’re not sure by what, but my mother was bitten pretty badly in the master bedroom upstairs. She has several warm to touch, red, & swollen bite marks on her neck, side of her face, & arms. I would also advice future guests, if you’re going to put trash out at night to use mint scented trash bags & if you have multiple trash bags, as our party did, because there were multiple guests, please place your trash in the morning. We had to stand by the door and wait on the trash people to get our trash as they neglected to the day prior, causing excess trash accumulation. Anyway, overall stay was good, lovely home, quiet neighborhood. The most annoying part of the trip was trash pick up and gate entry, as you have to wait on security to let you in. Other than that, the stay was good. Thanks!

We were a multi-family traveling into town for a Disney wedding. Upon arrival we found the house exactly as advertised. In a beautiful gated community with 24 hour guard/gate service we felt safe and the property in general was amazing.
The house was very large. Clean with plenty of accessories such as dishes, towels and other needed items. Tom (owner) was nice, available and answered any questions I had.
If you're traveling with a large family or with multiple families this is the property you must see. For the what you get for the value this was 5-stars all the way around! Can't wait to visit this property in the future.

When we walked into this home every thing was awesome just like the description says. My grandkids fell in love with there bedrooms and the gameroom and pool. We had a.bless Thanksgiving together the only thing I could complain about is that the days went by too fast we didn't want to leave. My family and I stayed at this property for a week, as we took our children (6 and 8) to Disney for their first time. All driving directions say that all 4 major Disney parks were 12-15 minutes away, however the drive to the parks were mostly 7-8 mins, sometime sitting in traffic mostly on route 192 for a few minutes on the way home from the parks. It is a very easy drive to the 4 parks and to Disney Springs Shopping Center. Walmart was a 3 minute easy drive down the road as well. Upon entering the house we noticed dirt on the stairs leading to the second floor of this home, but it wasn’t anything we couldn’t fix/clean with a vacuum that was in the house. All the floors were either tile or hardwood in the home, and I would have liked to see the house cleaned a little better, as I stepped out of the shower and into the bedroom area I had dirt stuck to the bottoms of my feet, again, nothing that couldn’t be fixed with a broom and dust pan. Once we had time to settle in we noticed a lot of the dishes were dirty and/or dusty, but again easy to throw them into the dishwasher prior to our use. The back door handle was loose and the one screw fell out and a previous renter had used one of the gas grills as a charcoal grill and left a mess under it, however when I contact Tom about my findings he quickly set up a time for someone to come over and fix the door and clean up the grill area within 24 hours of me contacting him. Being we stayed in this property mid November the weather was a little chilly some nights, so the pool got cool, I again contacted Tom and he quickly sent me an invoice for the cost of heating the pool and had the heat turned on remotely. We did have a brief time of down time during our trip so we took some time and went to the Windsor Hills community pool and water park. The pool there was heated well and my kids loved both the pool and the little water park. It was a bonus to have that available for us so us adults could relax as the kids played. Overall we enjoyed this property, the house was comfy and had all the basics needed and then some. The beds were comfortable and the pool was great to have in the backyard to relax in after a long day at Disney. I would chose this property again if we made another trip to the Disney area. Being able to get a hold of Tom for questions and concerns with prompt response time was terrific.

We had a wonderful time!! Checking process was very easy, Tom was very quick in responding, and we loved the water park amenities! It took us only 15 minutes to Magic Kingdom and 25 minutes to Universal. Walmart was only 6 minutes away which made grocery shopping easy. I highly recommend this VRBO!!!

Our family rented this house in order to attend Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween at Disney World and Food and Wine Fest at Epcot. First of all the owner was great at communicating with us all the way to our arrival even though we were coming just after a hurricane. The house was in great condition and everything was clean. The kids loved the themed bedrooms. The pool was clean and warm. The community pool had slides and a splash area for them. Everything worked in the house and we were comfortable throughout our stay. Walmart was very close for groceries and gas. We’d definitely stay here the next time we are visiting the parks.

The property is very nice and is perfect for a large family or two families. It has ample room to entertain and play games. The only issue we had with the house was that the pool spa was not working. The pool table has seen better days, but you are able to still play a game and have fun. The main issue we had was PARKING. The development has a restriction on how many cars are allowed to park on property. That amount is THREE, which was a huge inconvenience for our group. We had family members coming from Boca Raton, Daytona Beach, Vero Beach, Stuart, Palm City & West Palm Beach. The owner was gracious enough to go to the management and get authorization for us to park 5 vehicles on property, but only 3 were allowed to park at the actual property, the others parked in overflow, which is a 15-minute walk back to the house. DO NOT PARK AT WALMART OVERNIGHT, ONE OF OUR FAMILY MEMEBERS CAR WAS TOWED FROM THERE... $175 LATER :(

Perfect! Very secure gated community and close to everything we wanted. Theme parks, shows, shopping, dining all within minutes. Clean and very spacious. Great having your own personal pool and hot tub to use after a long day. Plenty of gathering space for family time and plenty of space for alone time too when needed. Cant wait to stay there again! Oustanding host reply time.

A lovely villa in a secure environment. Some of the decoration a little out dated and needs sprucing up but no issues. Could not use BBQ as very dirty. A shame as we love barbecuing. Pool was great and kept clean. We think we had an issue with bedbugs in one bed room. (Remember they are everywhere in Florida at the moment). Internal facilities were all good. Could do with small welcome package just to get things going along with some hints about shopping and attractions (other than Disney and Universal). Had to purchase everything needed to live and eat in a Villa. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact.

My extended family and I stayed for 2 nights before heading to a cruise ship. 5 adults 4 kids. The home is large and clean and the location and amenities are awesome! We had a couple minor issues and the owner responded almost immediately and resolved the issues. I would definitely rent here again!

This was a perfect setting for our family of 13 stay. The proximity to the parks is great! Having a private pool for the kids ranging from 18-22 months was helpful in so many ways! The older kids and adults loved the water park facility and always came back with a smile!
Any issues or concerns we had were taken care of promptly by our host (thank you so much for always answering promptly!). This house was equipped well for all our cooking needs and food storage.
A lovely stay for us all with lots of family memories made…Thank you!
