El molino del abuelo

This is a unique accommodation, which I recommend unreservedly. Floren was a warm and welcoming host, generous with his time and advice. We stayed in Mimosa room which was stylish and comfortable with interesting decoration. From the bathroom we could see and hear (the restful sound of) the stream which runs through the village. Breakfast, freshly prepared with love and attention to detail by Floren, was exceptional. The gardens and pool areas are lovely and the quirky decorations and artwork, made by the sister of Floren and Raul, add to the charm of the place. Montecorto is a lovely village which does not feel touristy, whilst offering a welcome to visitors. The surrounding area is stunning and Montecorto is a great base from which to explore nearby Ronda and Sierra de Grazelema National Park.

We were so lucky to get a booking due to cancellation. Raul & Florentino are wonderful hosts. We were greeted with grapejuice and fresh grapes (from their garden). The rooms are impeccable, the pool is a lovely tranquil spot to chill after hiking/travelling. Another plunge pool on rooftop where we brought our own antipasti and wine to enjoy the sunset over the mountains. Breakfast is amazing, you'll never have anything like it. Make sure to book it.If you don't know the area, Raul & Florentino will steer you to hidden gems. Bypass here and you've missed a slice of heaven.

Owners passion for eco b&b. Wonderful welcome. Beautifully decorated with charm and love. Delicious breakfast all homemade. Amazing setting with stunning views.

I have never come across such a unique and atmospheric place. The town is absolutely unique as well.
