The location was great ! Close to the main bus station and to the city's attractions

The friendly staff, room cleaniness, kitchen with all necessary cooking tools, and the electronic kettle - really in need for making tea.
The room size is quite modest, then I need to open window for fresh air. It can be a bit noisy if someone having difficulty in sleeping, but all good for me.

Alloggio in generale moderno e pulito.
Posizione comoda per il tram e il centro.

The location is great, check-in super smooth, communication with the host as well, bed comfortable, the whole pension is pretty, the small studio looks good, there were some teabags for use which was nice.
I didn't like the lack of soap in the toilet. The studio was not cleaned very well, for example - the first kitchen cabinet I opened was not even touched as there was coffee spilled around the cups. There is capsule coffee machine, it would be nice to get any capsules to use it, as normally people don't bring stuff like that when travelling, but I guess that's extra so can be understood.
