Все було чудово! Швидке розміщення, привітний персонал, смачній сніданок, зручна та чиста кімната. Є все необхідне для комфортного проживання.
Дякую за гостинність! Сподіваюсь, що ще матиму нагоду повернутись у Прагу та зупинитись в цьому готелі.

Snídaně výborné, velký výběr. Blízko do historického centra pěšky i MHD. Dobré spojení MHD do jiných částí Prahy. Využili jsme možnost úschovy zavazadel až do večera po odhlášení z hotelu.
Ovladačem k TV nešla regulovat hlasitost.

The bed, doors’ lockers and the elevator are good.
And especially thanks to the staff who work at the reception. They are cute and kind.
Firstly, their bathroom facilities are poor. 🚿 is broken. We had stayed 3 days, but they changed our towels just one time although the towels were used by us from the first day. The surface of table was dusty.

There were no problems but an electric kettle would be very handy.

Room great, service great...
Breakfast was supposed to be included, but at arrival was told it isn't. The staff said I could take it after all..but at 7.20 the restaurant was still locked.

Really friendly and helpfull staff, easy keyless enter to the hotel & room. Comfy bed and tv with streaming apps. Tram stops in 3-4min walking distance, takes around 5min to centre to Václavské náměstí. You can get the ticket from the hotel cheaper than buying single/day tickets from machine/other vendors. Also has Lidl & drink shop and lots of cafeterias etc. close by.
Rooms in lower floors can be noisy because of the trams.

Great location, good breakfast, spacious room, comfy beds, neat and clean.
Nothing to complain as such only that i felt the lack if toiletries.

Thank you for the kind, family welcome in the hotel! And thank you for making our first trip to Prague so impressive with your hospitality and attentiveness. We would like to visit again and stay in Hotel Victoria, and we will recommend it for sure.

Despite the hotel is quite young, its team goes above and beyond to ensure the comfort of all guests. I don't say staff, because the way the personel works together earned them a name Team (especially receptionist Oksana and waitress Vicky). There is still room for improvement, but the Team goes in the right direction. Rooms are comfortable. Windows shut are making great sound isolation from the street's noise. Good thing about breakfast: the hot dish changes every day, and all together - a fantastic place to stay. Oh, and in case you work online, the wifi connection is strong and steady. Keep up doing a fantastic job team EA Hotel Victoria

Very noisy because of many trams passing by. You must close your windows whilst 22 degrees as an example.

Everything was perfect !! Only breakfast was bad , butt when you eat outside itts perfect !! Thank you Victoria hotel !!!

I liked most things - the bed, the bathroom, the price, the reception staff and the location all of which were fine.
The wifi was poor and and almost useless if I needed to click on a few pages within a site..
